Once I have organised my files, how do I find them?
Jan. 2, 2012
Update - use the tool 'C Viewer' tool to filter file types.
There are two methods, firstly use the publisher to find the file which should be a case of sifting through the entries in the navigation tree by date. Each entry can searched using a keyword search. Secondly, you can go to to the destination directory which will mirror the published log entries with folders organised by file extension, all you Word documents will be in one folder, PDF's in another etc.

Bear in mind we are at beta stages of development and you may find the process a little clunky, any suggestion of your experience at this stage will be useful.

What is the application type?
Dec. 10, 2011
The application Type, is the file extension associated with the application used to open the document on your desktop or laptop at the time the documents were organised by the tool. This is a snapshot view, the application associated to the document can be changed at any-time, usually this occurs when you do this manually for whatever reason or when you install another application the files can be opened in.

Why is the executable provided in a .rar file and why have you attached a license key in a text file in the same .rar?
Jan. 15, 2012
During initial stages of development, users that were provided the .msi and .exe along with unique license key in a controlled environment. In order to minimise user experience of contacting our support team for a license, we decided to issue the license key with the executable. This decision was based on feedback received as it allowed users to share the application and license key with fellow colleagues and other parties. As we move into the production release the registration process will change in-line with industry best practice.
